Returns

Unused and unworn items with packaging intact can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. As a small business, we’re unable to offer free returns. Please contact hello@ziippup.com for any returns.

Warranty

At ziippup we’ve worked hard to develop durable leads so we offer a 1 year warranty on these products. Wear and tear happens, especially when dogs are involved, but if your item is damaged within 1 year of purchase, we’ll replace it for free. Please email us on hello@ziippup.com to make a claim.

Due to the boisterous and chewy nature of many dogs we don’t accept returns of dirty and dog damaged items. However, if the leash you received is incorrect or breaks during normal use, we’ll happily replace it for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.
