Our Freedom Dog Harness is adjustable and suits both puppies and big dogs. They come in three different sizes - Small, Medium and Large. All harnesses are 2cm wide regardless of size. We suggest you measure your dogs' neck and chest to find the perfect fit. Please see our size chart for details.

S - Neck circumference adjustable to fit between 27-35cm. Chest circumference adjustable to fit between 46.5-55cm. Recommended for Mini Schnauzer, Toy Poodle, Mini Dachshund, Italian Greyhound and puppies.

M - Neck circumference adjustable to fit between 36-48cm. Chest circumference adjustable to fit between 55-69cm. Recommended for Cavoodle, Cocker Spaniel, Beagle and Kelpie.

L - Neck circumference adjustable to fit between 44-60cm. Chest circumference adjustable to fit between 69-90cm. Recommended for Labrador, Golden Retriever, English Staffy and American Staffy.

Returns
Unused and unworn items with packaging intact can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product, not the shipping cost. Please contact hello@ziippup.com for any returns.

Care Instructions
We recommend handwashing your Ziippup dog accessories as they'll last
longer. When your harness gets dirty, hand wash it in warm water using mild
detergent. Dry out of direct sunlight.

If you prefer machine wash, pop your dog harness in a washbag and
wash on cold gentle cycle.

Oh, and please don't let your dog chew the gear. Our dog accessories are great, but they're not chew proof.

We’ve worked hard to develop durable dog accessories. If you have received
a product that you believe is faulty, or should it break within 12 months, please
email us on hello@ziippup.com to
make a claim.  

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:
- Improper use of the product.
- Dogs chewing or playing with the lead.
- Harsh cleaning or product modifications.
- Normal wear and tear. 

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace the lead for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

What's the difference between the front and back clip?

What is rPET and why does it matter?

rPET stands for recycled polyethylene terephthalate — essentially plastic bottles that have been recycled into fabric. It's the same material used in our leads and collars. Durable, lightweight, quick-drying, and better for the planet.

How do I clean the Freedom Harness?

Hand wash in cold water or pop it in a laundry bag on a gentle machine cycle. It's quick-drying so it'll be ready for your next walk in no time.
