Our heavy duty dog collar is adjustable and come in three different sizes - Small, Medium and Large. All collars are 2cm wide regardless of size. We suggest you measure your dogs' neck to find the perfect fit.
S - Adjustable to fit between 28-41cm. Recommended for Cavoodle, Mini Dachshund, Kelpie, Mini Schnauzer and puppies.
M - Adjustable to fit between 34-51cm. Recommended for English Staffy, Border Collie, Beagle and French Bulldog.
L - Adjustable to fit between 38-61cm. Recommended for Labrador, Golden Retriever, Boxer and American Staffy.

At Ziippup we’ve worked hard to develop durable dog leads and collars. If you've received a product that you believe is faulty or damaged, or should it break within 12 months, please email us on hello@ziippup.com to make a claim.

Our 1 Year Warranty covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:
- Improper use of the product.
- Dogs chewing or playing with the lead.
- Harsh cleaning or product modifications.
- Over-stuffing of the stash bag (the bag is for small items only, please don't try to put your mobile in there)
- Normal wear and tear.

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace the leash or collar for you.

Unused and unworn items with packaging intact can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product, not the shipping cost. As a small business, we’re unable to offer free returns. Please contact hello@ziippup.com for any returns.
