I bought a purple lead which looks great and is very handy with the inbuilt bag holder. After a few months the stitching at the bag pull slot came loose and I emailed ziippup about it. They replied quickly and offered a replacement. Very happy with my new lead and the customer service provided. My friend has several of these leads and had no troubles with the stitching so mine was just unlucky manufacturing fault. I would definitely recommend this product.
Great colour ! Easy to use and I don’t have to walk with pockets any more or find my bags as it all in the lead !
I still can’t believe that this is the only company to create a sewn in poo bag holder as part of the lead. It’s genius and yet so simple!!! I’m loving the convenience of having the bags so handy and yet not swinging off an annoying holder! The compartment is nice and stretchy too so a full roll of bags can be stored when the other roll is getting low.

I love this lead! My husband hated taking our dog out with bags tied to the lead (found it embarrassing 🙄) , and the little clip-on bag holders would always flap around and knock into your leg while walking especially at speed. The materials and metal hardware are of very high quality too.
The customer service is next level too! Nothing is too much trouble. Very very happy and everyone at my local dog park asks about it!

It’s ok but the texture feels really synthetic and cheap. The bag holder is attached at each end of the holder, not the whole way along the holder / or integrated into the lead. The metal pieces are nice quality
Hi Lisa, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. The webbing we use is recycled polyester which is a synthetic material. If the bag was completely stitched on, it would limit how much it could stretch and the bag wouldn't fit a full roll of poo bags which it does now. Kind regards Annelie

This is the second lead we have purchased. The old lead had the spring wear out in the buckle after quite sometime. Great lead, highly recommend. The zipper has been updated to a larger teeth zip and this makes it easier to load the bags into the lead. Will purchase again when

The design is solid in many ways. I just added a double-sided clip to clip to the loop and d-ring, extending the length a bit

Sometimes the smartest concepts are the simplest ones, the Ziippup lead is no exception! LOVE not having to think about whether we have poo bags with us or not when we go for walks with our dog.

The lead is great quality however unfortunately my poop bags do not glide through the holder. I have to unzip and remove the bag manually.
Hi Jen, great to hear you're loving the quality of your new lead. If the bags aren't feeding through it's most likely the bags, not the lead. Please try compostable bags instead. We sell bags we know works, but any compostable bag should do. Let us know how you go! Annelie
