Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:

- Dogs chewing or playing with the lead.
- Harsh cleaning or product modifications.
- Normal wear and tear. 

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace the lead for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

I love this lead! I’ve been through so many other poo bag holders that have a clip that breaks. This zip up section built in to this lead is perfect! And I like that I can use the loop it makes to comfortably hold the lead when we walk.

The short answer is yes! Our lead is designed to be versatile and suitable for dogs of all sizes. It comes in a standard length of 150cm/5ft - perfect for everyday adventures and loose lead training.

Our lead is suitable for puppies and small dogs, including popular breeds like Cavoodles, Mini Dachshunds and Pugs. The leash only weighs 100g, making it comfortable for smaller breeds and puppies.

With a strong hook and reinforced seams, our leash provides the durability and strength needed for larger dogs including Staffies, Groodles and Labradors.

How do I look after my lead?

Rule #1, don't let your dog chew the lead. Our lead is genious, but it's not chew proof.

When your lead gets dirty, hand wash it in warm water using mild detergent. Dry out of direct sunlight.

What makes this leash sustainable?

Our leads are made using recycled plastic bottles and the all-in-one design eliminates the need for additional poo bag holders and treat bags.

The paper wrapping around the lead is recyclable and we ship in compostable mailers.

What's the extra D-ring for?

Stopping for a quick morning coffee? Not a problem! Use the D-ring to safely tether your dog without unclipping the lead.

Clip the leash across your body using the D-ring and carabiner clip, and keep your hands free for playtime with your dog.

Does the lead have a padded handle?

No, it doesn't! The recycled rPET webbing we use is soft on the hands so we don't see a need for a padded handle. And 5000 happy customers agree!
