Our heavy duty dog collar is adjustable and suits both puppies and big dogs. They come in three different sizes - Small, Medium and Large. All collars are 2cm wide regardless of size. We suggest you measure your dogs' neck to find the perfect fit.

S - Adjustable to fit between 28-41cm. Recommended for Cavoodle, Mini Dachshund, Kelpie, Mini Schnauzer and puppies.

M - Adjustable to fit between 34-51cm. Recommended for English Staffy, Border Collie, Beagle and French Bulldog.

L - Adjustable to fit between 38-61cm. Recommended for Labrador, Golden Retriever, Boxer and American Staffy.

Unused and unworn items with packaging intact can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product, not the shipping cost. Please contact hello@ziippup.com for any returns.

We’ve worked hard to develop durable dog accessories. If you have received a collar that you believe is faulty, or should it break within 12 months, please email us on hello@ziippup.com to make a claim.  

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:
- Improper use of the product.
- Dogs chewing or playing with the lead.
- Harsh cleaning or product modifications.
- Normal wear and tear. 

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace the lead for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

We offer FREE tracked shipping on all orders. No minimum spend required. Standard domestic shipping is 3-7 business days.

When your lead gets dirty, hand wash it in warm water using mild detergent. Dry out of direct sunlight.

Oh, and please don't let your dog chew the gear. Our dog accessories are great, but they're not chew proof.

Our dog collars are made using recycled plastic bottles and the all-in-one design eliminates the need for additional poo bag holders and treat bags.

The paper wrapping around the lead is recyclable and we ship in compostable mailers.

Yes, our collar is perfectly suitable for puppies and small dogs, including popular breeds like Cavoodles, Mini Dachshunds and Pugs. The collar is lightweight, weighing only 40g, making it comfortable for smaller breeds and puppies. The adjustable design means the collar can grow with your pup.

If Your Collar Suitable For Large Dogs?

Yes, our collar is suitable for big dogs, including strong breeds like Staffies, Groodles and Labradors. Designed with heavy-duty hardware and double-stitched reinforced seams, our collar provides the durability and strength needed for larger, more powerful dogs.

What Material Is The Collar Made From 

We use rPET (recycled polyester) webbing for our collars and leads which is made from 100% recycled PET bottles.
