SIZE CHART

Our heavy duty dog collar is adjustable and suits both puppies and big dogs. They come in three different sizes - Small, Medium and Large. All collars are 2cm wide regardless of size. We suggest you measure your dogs' neck to find the perfect fit.

S - Adjustable to fit between 28-41cm. Recommended for Cavoodle, Mini Dachshund, Kelpie, Mini Schnauzer and puppies.

M - Adjustable to fit between 34-51cm. Recommended for English Staffy, Border Collie, Beagle and French Bulldog.

L - Adjustable to fit between 38-61cm. Recommended for Labrador, Golden Retriever, Boxer and American Staffy.

Returns
Unused and unworn items with packaging intact can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product, not the shipping cost. Please contact hello@ziippup.com for any returns.

We’ve worked hard to develop durable dog accessories. If you have received a collar that you believe is faulty, or should it break within 12 months, please email us on hello@ziippup.com to make a claim.  

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:
- Improper use of the product.
- Dogs chewing or playing with the lead.
- Harsh cleaning or product modifications.
- Normal wear and tear. 

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace the lead for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Never too many leads

I’ve now got 3 different coloured ZIIPPUP leads. Honestly you need one and they are great, but I use them like an accessory. So glad to see the matching collars are now available 🙌👏🌈

Is this collar suitable for my dog?

The short answer is yes! This collar is suitable for dogs of all sizes. It offers a secure, comfortable fit and the adjustable sizing makes it suitable for both puppies and large breeds. Check our sizing guide to find the perfect fit for your pup!

How do I look after my dog collar?

Rule #1, don't let your dog chew the collar. Our collars are great, but they're not chew proof.

When your collar gets dirty, hand wash it in warm water using mild detergent. Dry out of direct sunlight.

What makes this collar sustainable?

Our collars are made using recycled plastic bottles. The 100% rPET webbing is strong yet soft against your dog's fur.

The paper wrapping around the collar is recyclable and we ship in compostable mailers.

Do you sell matching dog leads?

Yes we do! Our signature dog lead with built-in storage is a first in Australia. It lets you store poo bags, treats and keys directly on your lead.
