Our dog lead is 150cm and the heavy duty dog collar is adjustable and suits both puppies and big dogs.

The collars come in three different sizes - Small, Medium and Large. All collars are 2cm wide regardless of size. We suggest you measure your dogs' neck to find the perfect fit.

S - Adjustable to fit between 28-41cm. Recommended for Cavoodle, Mini Dachshund, Kelpie, Mini Schnauzer and puppies.

M - Adjustable to fit between 34-51cm. Recommended for English Staffy, Border Collie, Beagle and French Bulldog.

L - Adjustable to fit between 38-61cm. Recommended for Labrador, Golden Retriever, Boxer and American Staffy.

Unused and unworn items with packaging intact can be returned within 30 days for a refund of the product, not the shipping cost. Please contact hello@ziippup.com for any returns.

We’ve worked hard to develop durable dog accessories. If you have received a lead that you believe is faulty, or should it break within 12 months, please email us on hello@ziippup.com to make a claim.  

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:
- Improper use of the product.
- Dogs chewing or playing with the lead.
- Harsh cleaning or product modifications.
- Normal wear and tear. 

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace the lead for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

When your lead or collar gets dirty, hand wash it in warm water using mild detergent. Dry out of direct sunlight.

The paper wrapping around the lead is recyclable and we ship in compostable mailers.

What Material Is The Lead Made From 

We use rPET (recycled polyester) webbing for our leads which is made from 100% recycled PET bottles. 

Does your Lead Have a Padded Handle? 

No, our leash doesn't have a padded handle. We've chosen to minimise the amount of material used to keep our lead sustainable. However, the rPET webbing is very soft on the hands, ensuring comfortable walks without the need for extra padding.
