We’ve worked hard to develop durable dog accessories. If you have received a lead that you believe is faulty, or should it break within 12 months, please email us on hello@ziippup.com to make a claim.  

Our guarantee covers manufacturing and material defects only and does not include damage caused by:
- Improper use of the product.
- Dogs chewing or playing with the lead.
- Harsh cleaning or product modifications.
- Normal wear and tear. 

If your claim is approved, we’ll happily replace the lead for you or provide a refund on a case-by-case basis.

Why has no one done this before?

I still can’t believe that this is the only company to create a sewn in poo bag holder as part of the lead. It’s genius and yet so simple!!! I’m loving the convenience of having the bags so handy and yet not swinging off an annoying holder! The compartment is nice and stretchy too so a full roll of bags can be stored when the other roll is getting low.

We couldn't believe it either Jo - a dog lead with built-in poo bag holder is such simple solution. And it makes carrying poop bags so much easier. We're pleased to hear you're enjoying our all-in-one leash design! Thanks for taking the time to let us know. Annelie

Fantastic dog lead! Discreet bag holder

I love this lead! My husband hated taking our dog out with bags tied to the lead (found it embarrassing 🙄) , and the little clip-on bag holders would always flap around and knock into your leg while walking especially at speed. The materials and metal hardware are of very high quality too.
The customer service is next level too! Nothing is too much trouble. Very very happy and everyone at my local dog park asks about it!

Second time customer

This is the second lead we have purchased. The old lead had the spring wear out in the buckle after quite sometime. Great lead, highly recommend. The zipper has been updated to a larger teeth zip and this makes it easier to load the bags into the lead. Will purchase again when

Bag dispenser doesn’t work with my bags.

The lead is great quality however unfortunately my poop bags do not glide through the holder. I have to unzip and remove the bag manually.

Hi Jen, great to hear you're loving the quality of your new lead. If the bags aren't feeding through it's most likely the bags, not the lead. Please try compostable bags instead. We sell bags we know works, but any compostable bag should do. Let us know how you go! Annelie

How do I look after my lead?

Rule #1, don't let your dog chew the lead. Our lead is genious, but it's not chew proof.

When your lead gets dirty, hand wash it in warm water using mild detergent. Dry out of direct sunlight.

What makes this leash sustainable?

Our leads are made using recycled plastic bottles and the all-in-one design eliminates the need for additional poo bag holders and treat bags.

The paper wrapping around the lead is recyclable and we ship in compostable mailers.

What's the extra D-ring for?

Stopping for a quick morning coffee? Not a problem! Use the D-ring to safely tether your dog without unclipping the lead.

Does the lead have a padded handle?
